Terms and Conditions for Refund Eligibility
At Glo, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will be non-refundable.
- If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and do not notify us in advance, your booking will be non-refundable.
Early Return of Vehicle
If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, no refund will be issued for unused rental days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Vehicle Unavailability
In the unlikely event that the vehicle you booked becomes unavailable, Glo will offer a replacement vehicle of similar class, If no suitable replacement is available, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment, If you haven’t received a refund within this time, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
