Do the price incurance included
Yes, the price already includes insurance, ensuring that you’re covered throughout your rental period. This means you can enjoy your trip without worrying about unexpected costs or additional coverage fees.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A passport is mandatory for identification, and an international driving license is required if you plan to drive the car yourself.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes you can, an additional fee of 200K applies for a driver, plus the cost of fuel, for a 12-hour rental period
Where can I pick up and return the car?
You can pick up and return the car at the same location you selected. If you choose a different drop-off location, just confirm it with us. For locations not listed in the selection options, an additional charge will apply.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking anytime by informing us directly. If you wish to cancel, please confirm with us via WhatsApp or email.
We will send a final confirmation message 48 hours before your pickup time. If we don’t receive a response within 6 hours, your booking will be automatically canceled, and the car will be made available for others.
Can I drive the rental car outside the island?
Yes, you can take the car to another island, but you must inform us in advance and you are responsible for any ferry costs and permits required for inter-island travel.
What if I return the car late?
If you return the car late, the charge will be based on our 1–7 day daily rate.
Less than 5 hours late? You’ll be charged based on the exact number of hours.
More than 5 hours late? A full day’s rental rate will apply.
Please make sure to return the car on time to avoid extra charges
Is a deposit required?
A security deposit of $60 is required—just book and pay for your rental hassle-free!
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. Our pricing is fully transparent, and you’ll only pay the amount stated in your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes, we offer free airport pickup. Simply select the airport as your pickup location when booking, and we’ll have the car ready for you upon arrival at no extra cost.
